Documents and practice limits

Last checked 2026-09-08. Dictation and transcription times checked 8 September 2026 against the SSC Stenographer 2026 notice, section 15.1, page 20. Dictation lasts ten minutes at 100 WPM for Grade C or 80 WPM for Grade D. Ordinary transcription time is 40/55 minutes for Grade C English/Hindi and 50/65 for Grade D. Eligible candidates have separate accommodations. This check does not verify the app's correction restrictions or 5%/7% error caps.
